Instructions:
1.After unpack the package, check if all the accessories are inside. Read this manual carefully before using.
2.Connect the machine to an electric outlet, turn on the power, then the power indicator should be on and the machine is in standby state.
3.Pour right amount of electrolyte into the baths.
4.Tie the casting to a metal wire and hang it on the L-shaped another bracket soak the casting completely into the electrolytic in the cathode ring. Do not let the casting on the anode touch the cathode to avoid short circuit.
5.Adjust the timer clockwise to the desired time and turn on the power switch.
6.Turn the currency knob to control the electrolytic current,the amount of current is indicates on the ammeter. Adjust the current amount to 4.5-5A for double bath operations.
7.The machine will automatically stop after the timer runs out of time(4-6minutes).If user want to stop the the machine immediately.turn the power knob anti-clockwise to 0 for polishing small objects.Please use small electric current,and watch the process carefully to avoid over-polishing which may damage the polished objects.
Cautions:
1.Make sure that the power supply voltage fits the voltage of thi machine.
2.Check the electrolytic bath regularly replace when there is a leak.
3.Make sure there is good contact among the polished casting,stainless steel wire and the clip.
4.Check if there is short circuit among the polished item,stainless steel wire and the cathode, make sure there is no short circuit before using.
5.The surface of the polished casting must be treated properly (deoxidizing ,degreasing etc), otherwise the desirable effect may not be achieved.
6.Make sure the temperature of the electrolyte does not go above the temperature rating (50°)
7.Please change the electrolyte regularly if the electric current decreases or stays the same after the voltage has been raised. If the electrolytic process takes longer time and the effect is not good enough, it indicates that the electrolytic is dirty and needs to be changed.
8.Stop the machine for 30 minutes when it has been used for more than 90 minutes.
9.Please make repairs after the power if off.
10.There must be a good contact between the cathode pole and the cathode holes.
11.There should be a reliable ground connection to the cosy of the machine.
